The Rali Mampeule Learnership was found in May 2005, by Rali Mampeule, who is the first black South African to own a franchise for the internationally acclaimed real estate company, Chas Everitt International.

He is considered one of South Africa's top black Property Entrepreneur . His success in real estate investing and in the generation of passive income has resulted in him being a coveted speaker at property conferences around South Africa. He is regularly featured in the media where he champions the cause of black business ownership and property investment.

In his ambition to share his success and to open a window of opportunity to previously disadvantaged individuals, Rali Mampeule initiated the Rali Mampeule Learnership. This initiative serves to give back to the community of South Africa, to empower Africa in real estate. Rali believes the real estate industry holds bright promises for such individuals, if they are steered into the right direction and are determined to work hard.

The aim of the RML is to bring new blood into the old veins of the real estate industry. Rali says the real estate industry needs young, dynamic and goal driven individuals for it to flourish
